As a
conference like this takes a lot of financial backing
to organize, we will have to ask for a small fee from every
participant.
Therefore it will be necessary to transfer the sum of
120 Euro
to
the
following
bank account in order for the application to go into effect. The application fee covers 4 nights
(21.04.05-25.04.05), as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner, the city
tour and all conference material. It it will be possible to spend some
additional nights in the hotel, if you want to arrive
earlier or leave later (20 EUR per night accommodation +
breakfast).
In
special
cases, we can try to organize financial support, if this is not
possible
in your own country.
