The 8th Annual European IPPNW Medical Students ConferenceNuclear War Throughout Time What? Nuclear War Throughout Time marks the 8th annual conference of the European Medical Students of IPPNW. When? April 27th to April 30th, 2007 Where? Porto, Portugal Why? This conference represents a unique opportunity to understand the different perspectives of future MDs, and, at the same time, a golden chance to learn and communicate about the most important topics that occupy the international community. Students from 20 European countries will be present including Portugal, Spain, Italy, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Austria, Germany, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, United Kingdom, Denmark, Holland, France, Israel and Palestine. Who? A commission of medical students of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of Abel Salazar (ICBAS) of the University of Porto, with the support of the Executive Commission of ICBAS, logistic support of the Students Association of ICBAS, and in collaboration with the international organization IPPNW medical students and the Association of Portuguese Doctors for the prevention of Nuclear War.
