International Federation of Medical Student Associations has long been
very involved in the field of Health Education and their page offers a
lot of background information and resources for starting something
yourself, although it might not be the most useful page in term of

This
is a five-day course on global health
issues using plenary discussions, workshops and mentoring sessions for
pre-service students of medicine, nursing, dentistry, and students of
other health professions of Southeast Asia and the Western-Pacific
Region. Generally, the
course promotes awareness of the many dynamic factors of politics,
culture, legal and social structures, history and economy, that
influence health. The course will provide an introduction to the
ancillary knowledge that can be offered by a public health perspective
as well as the skills and tools provided by epidemiology and community

no concrete information to ongoing academic programs. However, for
