Objectives of Target Safety

  • To foster understanding between the police and youth to ensure a safer community.
  • To increase awareness on the effects of youth violence, identifying its major causes, and possible way forward.
  • To educate the public on the effects of gun violence.
  • To educate youths on the negative effects of social vices such as cultism and recreational drug abuse.

Mission of Target Safety

The mission of TARGET SAFETY is to prevent some of those practices that affect the health of both Nigerian youths and police, increase cooperation between the police and the community, reduce the effects of youth violence among others by enhancing public awareness, developing and coordinating prevention programs, and facilitating advocacy activities.
