There is a saying in my
language: last leads weigh heaviest, meaning at the end of a task the
most difficult part comes. Living in a cycling country I know what it
is after a long day of rain, wind to see a city in the distance yet it
does not seem to get closer. I am very amazed you had the courage and
the will to pursue AND the energy not only to cycle but also to talk to
people, to discuss, to give interviews. Chapeau Bas in deep respect,
thank you all very much and good luck! CU in Helsinki.

Hello
Andre,
hope this
gets to you. Last time, tried to get you as reply to your original
message. Saw your picture on the website, and looks great. Sounds like
you folks are having a great time. If I were younger, should do
something like that. Best wishes for the conference, and hope to talk
to you soon.
Again
congratulations for this great endeavor. Love and kisses,

Dear
Baltic Bikers,
This past Sunday, we went on a 24-mile
(38.6 km) bike ride in the pouring rain, from one end of the Minuteman
Bikepath in Boston to the other and back. We decided this ride was in
solidarity with all of you guys, who were enjoying beautiful weather no
doubt and were not getting soaked to the bones like we did! Why did we
do this? Because we love you all and wanted to share in this experience
with you from the other side of the pond. Oh, and maybe because we're
crazy. We took a photo on John's porch at the end of the trip, looking
like drowned puppies, but will have to share that later. :)
Good luck in
week 2!

Dear Bikers:
please recieve my
best regards from Latin America, the Salvadoran Medical Students
Chapter and Salvadoran doctors with all our hope and best wishes to all
of you.
Congratulations and please do not give up on your efforts to spread the
message of peace.
I would like to congratulate Alex Rosen for his enthusiasm and dynamic
way to lead things, giving an enormous energy but also trying to make a
difference in the world.
Latin America feels represented there by all of you, we know all of you
know the amount of people suffering because of social injustice
,violence, small arms and the death trade of small arms and light
weapons.
We are with you!!!
Let us continue in this road of peace and explain why physicians are a
key element in this road to reach a culture of peace in the world.
CONGRATULATIONS TO
ALL THE BIKERS THAT ARE TRYING TO REPRESENT ALL THE CONCERN OF THE
WORLD ABOUT THE THREAT OF WAR !!!
Courage, you can
reach and finish this endeavour.
Best regards from Latin America.

Dear
BBT-team!
It's
really nice and impressive to read your reports and to follow up your
route. It's a very grand idea! Inga Blum and I are already coming to
Helsinki on the 2nd of September and we were wondering if we could join
you for the last few days. We would rent bikes and come by train to
meet you. It's not quite fixed if we would join you on the 2nd or 3rd -
that depends on how fast we can get bikes and when we can get started.
I wanted to ask you if the route (2.September in Vilniemi and the
3.September in Kotka) is still up to date? If you would send a little
answer it would be great so we could get our things planned on time.
Enjoy your time and see u all over in Finland!

Hey
Baltic Bikers,
I hope you've
made it to Russia by now and that you're enjoying some blini (and
vodka) while raising awareness for nuclear disarmament. It sounds like
you're having a great time during the ride; please keep blogging! I
hope you'll make it to Helsinki with the least amount of flat tires and
detours. Cheers from Germany,

Sorry to hear about your
detour, but as Alex' Mom I could have told you beforehand -------- it's
simply genetic!!! Good luck, keep up the good work and..........avoid
dogs, trucks and buses. By the way - is Vodka on the doping list? Best
regards,

Hallo Alex,
so langsam werde

gelb und du bist orange, ne ne, so was .-) Also, darauf, dass dir deine
