Come to the UN in Geneva to the Conference on Disarmament!

Download the the invitation and the registration form!!!

At the end of this March, 15 young peace activists will travel to the UN in Geneva to dialogue with decision-makers on the issues of nuclear weapons abolition.

Last year, in New York, over 30 students from the NWIP and BANg joined together for street actions and Dialogues at the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference. Our worked was part of a broader movement that helped show the negotiators from NPT countries that the world's population is serious about getting rid of nuclear weapons for good! Our trip to Geneva this March will continue that good work. It will build our dialogue skills, help us gain more insight into the current thinking behind each country's position on nuclear abolition, and give us the chance to keep reminding the diplomats that the world's eyes are on them!

And, like all NWIP events, it will be fun!

COST: Kind donations from IPPNW affiliates have allowed us to cover some of the costs. The total fee per person will be 80 euros/ 100CHF (including accommodation and breakfast each day). Your local IPPNW affiliate may be able to help contribute to your travel costs.

There are still places left to participate in this Dialogue, and you are welcome to join us as we travel to the UN to continue this important work to make the world a safer, more stable place!

For more information on the programme and arrangements download the full invitation and the registration form, or contact misha [at] icanw.org or nina.eisenhardt [at] yahoo.com.

Registration closes Saturday, March 12th.... HURRY to secure your place!
