Accomodation:
- Ismailia: In the student hostels
- Mansoura: In rented flats, the student hostels or Mansoura university centers
Meals: Two per day "breakfast and lunch".
Costs: In the case of bilateral exchange with the other country, the accommodation, meals (2 meals per day) and costs of the entire training program with the certificate are all provided for free.
In the case of unilateral exchange, the incoming student will pay a course fee around 280 Euros per month which will include accommodations, meals (2 meals per day), costs of the entire training program with the certificate.
Clinical training:
- All clinical departments except for tropical medicine and Psychiatry are available the whole year in a calendar month.
- All pre-clinical departments are available "No June, July and August".
Duration of Clinical Training: 4 weeks.
Working conditions:
- From 9.30AM to 2PM or as agreed upon with the supervising doctor.
- Friday is the weekend.
Languages: The student must speak English or Arabic.
Available months:The whole year in a calendar month as follows:
- Clinical departments: All months.
- Pre-clinical departments: All months except for June, July and August.
Maximum Students per Year: 4 students maximum per month
Required level of Studies: Preferable, student candidates will have already passed clinical rotations in their home school. However, first years are still acceptable, as they can take preclinical trainings. Also, students will receive a clinical introduction from the appropriate department prior to starting the program.
Health Insurance and other documents: Not obligatory
