Accomodation: Can be hosted temporarily in Neil Arya’s House until the student find another place to stay ( room to rent, hostel, etc); Options of cheap accomodation can be explored with Neil by the exchange student.
Meals: Occasional though Neil is Vegetarian
Clinical training: Can be modified according to student’s wishes, but a usual exchange would include 80% Family Medicine office practice, 10% mental health of homeless and 10% in hospitalist work. Should hospital work be desired special permission must be obtained from the hospital for this-plus evidence of malpractice insurance and certificate of good standing. There is also an opportunity to assist in research, writing and presentations.
Duration: 4 to 8 weeks divided equally between clinical and social activity components.

Social Service Component: Work with homeless through the St. John's Soup Kitchen and the Working Centre. Assist in Research, Writing and PowerPoint presentations in any of the following disciplines:
- Development of Health and Environmental Model for international security
- Development of Peace through Health course materials and a Web-based Course
- Environmental health (Ecofriendly Office, Ecosystem Health)
- Broad determinants of Health
- Effects of Small arms, Arms trade and Nuclear arms on Health
Maximum number of students per Year: 3 Students, not at the same time
Required level of Studies: Prefered to be in the last two years
Health Insurance and other documents: Needed, including malpractice insurance and a certificate of good-standing from student’s University
