| Introduction |
Hi my name is Cesar Aleman, I am a
medical student from Leon, Nicaragua and I will participate
in the BAN tour 2010 during the summer of 2010. This would be my
first bike trip with students from all over the world.

Motivation
|
I am
motivated by the idea of nuclear
disarmament through a bike tour. I have been a participant of
the movement of IPPNW for about 5 years now. This increasingly
motivates
me to see more students and young people who join us for one purpose,
to abolish policies that allow the proliferation of nuclear weapons. At
present, the U.S.
maintains about 200 tactical nuclear weapons in five European
countries - also in Germany. I
would like to sincerely support my European friends. I believe the
purpose of my participation is to have
communities safer and full of peace in the future. The responsibility
of
a physician is to prevent tragedies and make the world healthier.
