Vice-President of EMSSR (Egyptian Medical Students for Social
Responsibilities)

Through my previous and
present experiences and activities in the filed of Volunteering work
through
our Local affiliate in Mansoura ,and National one in Egypt, I gained a
lot of
experiences, that made me more oriented about the fact of the problems
and
challenges facing us.
Besides, from within my place,
I'm deeply influenced by the local and international events
happening
those days, whether in my region, the middle east, or globally, and I
feel
quite responsible towards it, and taking the charge to face those
conflicts
worldwide with the help of everyone surrounding me. I will be
very willing
to take this responsibility even though I know how critical and serious
it is.
I have a good feeling towards defending human rights worldwide, for
example,
and I am sure this motivation will never be lighter, however it will
grow
stronger.
And As I believe that
thinking globally helps a lot in solving your Local and National
problems, and
through my activity in the Med Ex program as a National project
Coordinator –
Egypt, I felt the responsibility not only towards the Medical students
in Egypt, but also towards the medical students worldwide .
Returning to the principles
stating that "No more conflicts in the presence of the International
understanding", I found my self want to give more and more
help to the Medical students worldwide
Association to reach this point of the understating to be the solid
floor , on
which the people can walk towards " No conflicts World ".
Fulfilling my request to
Candidate for the Position of the International Medical Student
Representative
(IMSR) is like another step, in a long
way I drawn in my imagination aiming to melt the walls and build the
bridges
among the Medical students worldwide.
Plan
of action
Medical Student Representative (IMSR):
-
Facilitating the connections and building
the bridges
between the regional and national representatives and students world
wide.
-Melting the walls which stand against easy
connection
between the Physicians and the students world wide by trying to fix at
least
one meeting every year enclose both physicians and students.
-Focusing on the current projects and
activities ,and
making the required maintenance and developments which secure the
continuity
and productivity of these projects and its spread among the students
worldwide.
-Establishment of the "International
Fund Supportive division" (IFSD) ,the
members of this division should be an experienced and a well oriented
IPPNW
student, about the IPPNW movements and goals, establishment of this
division, aims to trying to secure the fund needed to facilitate and
encourage the activity
of the IPPNW students worldwide.
-Establishment of the "Internet
and Technology Supportive Division" (ITSD) which
will be responsible of the maintenance and the development of the
IPPNW-Students web site ,beside providing the multimedia ,designing
work and
movies needed in the filed of advertising and fund raising.
-Establishment of the "Constitution
Credential Committee" (CCC) which should
be responsible of upgrading the students guidelines to be the IPPNW
students' Constitution
and bylaws.
-Establishment of
IPPNW students Advertising Team
(ISAT) to be responsible of searching new chances and ways of
advertising and help to spread and deliver the ideas and the goals of
the IPPNW
to the media , e.g.; IPPNW-students
Journal
-Focusing more on the Students exchange and
Med Ex
project, and facilitating opening of new channels for it.
-Opening channels of collaboration in the
activity
fields between the IPPNW- physicians and IPPNW-students.
-Encouraging and Focusing on the new
students' interest
and facilitating the formation of new students chapter and particularly
in the
unrepresented areas.
